Accessibility statement

Nobicel Ltd is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced motion. We build public-service systems; it would be incoherent to publish an inaccessible site about them.

Conformance status

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Based on our own assessment it is substantially conformant: it meets Level AA with the exceptions recorded below. We have not commissioned an independent third-party audit, and we say so rather than imply certification we do not hold.

What we have done

• Every non-decorative image carries a text alternative; decorative marks are hidden from assistive technology.
• Text and background colours are measured against the WCAG contrast formula. All body text meets 4.5:1 and large text meets 3:1.
• Headings run in order without skipped levels, so a screen reader can navigate by structure.
• Every form control has a programmatic label. The country and phone controls are labelled separately because they share one visual field.
• The site is operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
• Landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) are marked up so they can be jumped between.
• Motion — the symbol animations and scrolling strips — is disabled entirely for anyone whose system requests reduced motion.
• Content reflows to a single column without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels.
• The page language is declared, and the site is fully usable with browser zoom to 200%.

Known limitations

• Decorative photography. Photographs used purely as texture carry empty alt text. They convey nothing not already in the surrounding copy, but a reader expecting description will find none.
• No independent audit. Our assessment is internal and automated checks cannot catch everything — particularly the quality, rather than the presence, of text alternatives.
• Screen-reader coverage. We test with keyboard navigation and automated tooling. We have not yet completed a full manual pass with JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver across all pages.

Assessment method

Assessed by self-evaluation in 2026, combining automated checks across every page — computed colour contrast against actual rendered backgrounds, heading order, accessible names for all controls and links, duplicate identifiers, and focusable content inside hidden regions — with manual keyboard testing and reflow testing from 320 to 1440 pixels.

If you meet a barrier on this site, tell us and we will fix it. Email hello@nobicel.com describing the page and what went wrong. We aim to respond within two working days. If you need anything on this site in another format — large print, plain text, or a document rather than a web page — ask and we will provide it.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, please say so in reply and it will be escalated to a director. For procurements with their own accessibility requirements, we are happy to complete your accessibility conformance questionnaire directly.
